1. Choose your user type

When you register, you’ll select one provider type. This determines how your listings appear on the platform.

Tip: Choose the type that best represents your business — you can always add multiple offerings under one venue later.

1. Fitness Venue

Examples: Gym, studio, CrossFit box, yoga studio

  • You own or operate a physical location that hosts classes or training
  • You'll be able to add personal trainers and classes that belong to the fitness venue

2. Independent Class Provider

Examples: Instructor renting a hall or community centre

  • You don’t own the venue but run regular classes at local spaces
  • You can add multiple FlexSpace classes

3. Sports Club

Examples: Football, tennis, swimming, martial arts, dance academies or multi-sport clubs

  • You offer team sessions, leagues, memberships, or coaching

4. Freelance Personal Trainer

You operate individually, offering 1-to-1 or small group sessions

You might travel to clients, use partner gyms, or have your own space

2. Add a venue page

If you're a sports club or fitness venue (gym), you have to create one venue page first. This acts as your base location where all your classes or trainers are linked.

Steps to Create a Venue

  1. Log in to FootFall with your business provider account
  2. Click List your business in the top bar or go to create listing page
  3. Enter the details of your venue
  4. Enter the contact information for your venue
  5. Add the pricing details for your venue
  6. Upload at least one photo of your venue interior, but we'd recommend at least 3. Can be with or without people in the photos.
  7. Publish

Once live, your venue acts as the “home base” for any classes, trainers, or club offerings.
