Pole Fitness Classes are for absolutely ANYONE! No Experience Needed! We have a range of people at our classes, a mix of ages, shapes, sizes and backgrounds! We have a variety of levels for you to work up! From doing Beginners spins and poses to Advanced Flips & Tricks! Pole Fitness is great way to develop self- confidence along with increasing your strength & flexibility in a fun manor. By assessing our students as individuals we are able to tailor their pole training effectively. We provide programming that breaks down barriers, helps to face fears and eventually perfect those once 'nemesis' moves. Pole Memberships Start from £45pm
