Ash Green Sports Centre

Description

We are a community based sports and fitness centre which is run by Ash cum Ridley Parish Council. We have a range of facilities including a well equipped Gym, Circuit Training Room, Squash Court, Badminton Courts, Table Tennis, Outdoor Tennis Courts, Exercise Classes and a Sports Hall for hire. All facilities are cleaned regularly. If you have an interest in personal health and fitness we have the facilities and trainers to assist you achieve your goals. We have two qualified trainers who can provide a personalised training programme during your induction that will suit your personal needs and goals. This will take in to account age, any physical restrictions and health needs. The Parish Council also offer kids activities in the Summer Holidays and Half Term breaks.
