Our Kick Boxing classes are aimed at people of all abilities, age 6 and above. We have split ability classes and even a fight club every Saturday. Our lessons are focused on the development of coordination, fitness, strength, and flexibility. Whilst we do not engage in full contact combat lessons, we do take part in light-continuous sparring, where we attempt to implement our skills in realistic training scenarios. Whether you’re there for fitness or to one day hold a black belt, our classes could be for you. Our monthly fees represent great value for money, running 6 days a week. How to prepare
If it’s your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early in case you have trouble locating us. Wear comfortable workout clothes that you enjoy exercising in—no uniform is required to start. If you need to eat beforehand, choose something light and easy to digest. Please avoid attending class straight after a large or heavy meal. What to Bring A water bottle (clearly labelled with your name). Once you are settled into your sessions, please bring your own boxing gloves (correct size and suitable for sparring). You will also need a gum shield, focus pads, and leg protectors. Recommended protection: girls aged 12+ should wear a chest protector, and all boys should wear a groin guard.
