Description

All of my Pilates classes are mixed ability and are mat based. Pilates is a challenging but safe way to sculpt your body, all classes will focus on building strength, increase flexibility and work towards balancing all muscle groups in the body. We can use a range of different equipment in our classes including a foam block, resistance bands, spiky balls, wobbly cushions and Pilates balls. Please bring along your own mat or let me know if you need me to bring one for you.
