Description
Running every Friday, this gentle and supportive 1-hour class is specially designed to help you reconnect with your body postnatally, while keeping your baby close in a calm, nurturing environment. Led by a qualified pre and postnatal specialist, the class blends mat Pilates with Reformer-inspired movements to safely rebuild core strength, improve posture, and ease tension all while honouring your body’s recovery journey. We begin with a 20-minute arrival window, giving you time to settle your baby in their car seat or pram. Your little one stays close while you focus on yourself with the freedom to pause for cuddles, soothing, or feeds whenever needed. With expert guidance and gentle progressions, you’ll move mindfully, reconnect with your core, and leave feeling stronger, supported, and recharged both in body and mind. --- Mum and baby are welcome to join from 6 weeks postpartum for a natural birth, and 12 weeks postpartum from caesarean. For safety, little ones can attend up until they start to become mobile. Once they start crawling, it's recommended that you continue with normal classes, or join our postnatal sessions instead.
