Advanced Gymnastics
Description
To attend this class it is suggested that you can perform the following: • Kipping pull ups (preferably chest to bars) • Toes to bar • Strict pull up • Strict ring dip • Handstand push ups Focus will be on muscle ups, butterfly pull ups and other high level skills. At ATF, gymnastics is a key part of our training program. We focus on building the ability to climb, jump, and lift your own body — essential skills for developing strength, coordination, and resilience. Through progressions in pull-ups, push-ups, and jumps, our goal is to help you move better and build lasting confidence through functional movement. We also run another gymnastics class aimed at beginners.
