Description

To attend this class it is suggested that you can perform the following: Kipping pull ups (preferably chest to bars) Toes to bar Strict pull up Strict ring dip Handstand push ups Focus will be on muscle ups, butterfly pull ups and other high level skills. At ATF, gymnastics is a key part of our training program. We focus on building the ability to climb, jump, and lift your own body essential skills for developing strength, coordination, and resilience. Through progressions in pull-ups, push-ups, and jumps, our goal is to help you move better and build lasting confidence through functional movement. We also run another gymnastics class aimed at beginners.
