Class
The class can include pranayama (breathing practices), asana (yoga poses), meditation, relaxation or yoga nidra (yoga sleep). The physical element of the class looks to challenge participants to improve their strength, mobility and flexibility and balance. The class includes mindful practices like pranayama and meditation and so mobile phones must be switched off. This class offers participants the opportunity to focus on their self for the full class without distraction.
